About Us
Beam'n Inflatables is a family-owned and operated business serving East Tennessee with affordable inflatables. We provide rentals for birthday parties, school activities, business events, team parties, and church camps. Beam'n Inflatables provide the most exciting inflatable rides available to make your backyard party a success. Delight any size group of children with entertainment that is safe and fun. They will have hours of adventure that will provide a lifetime of memories for them and for you.
Our Selection
Browse our website to see our large selection of inflatable backyard rides. Choose from Bouncers, Combos, and Water Slides. Since we are a brand new business, our inflatable rides are brand new too. There is no need to worry about getting a unit that is damaged, worn, or faded. All of our units are in A-1 condition.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the size of the equipment you select. Your price will include an all day rental. An attendant is not provided, and we require that you provide adult supervision at all times. We will be happy to provide guidelines for the safe use of the equipment.
Deposits
We require a deposit in order to secure a rental reservation. The cost of the deposit varies based upon the unit selected. Please check the product page for deposit information.
Service Area
We have service for the following areas: Greeneville, Jonesborough, Johnson City, Kingsport, and Morristown. If you are somewhat outside of any of those areas, please call us anyway. We may be able to accommodate you.
Delivery
Our employees need direct access to the set-up site. If there are stairs or small gate openings, please let us know, as this may hinder delivery. An adult must be on-site at the time of delivery.
Site Requirements
Inflatables need a level area at least 20’ x 20’. The units cannot be positioned where they can rub against fences, trees, shrubs, or buildings. There must not be low tree branches or power lines directly over the units. If the delivery driver feels that the site is not safe or suitable and does not conform to our requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. Please discuss the site with us to make sure it is appropriate.
Electrical and Water
Units require a 1 to 2 hp blower for inflation. We will need access to a dedicated electrical line from your home. Maximum distance of electrical cords will be 100ft. If there is no electrical outlet available, you will need to rent a generator. Generators will be available to rent for $75 if there is no electrical access in the rental area. The customer will be responsible for the gas to power the generator. Water slides require a water access and hose. We provide electrical cords, tie-downs, and sandbags.
Cancellation Policy
Customers who cancel a reservation at least 72 hours prior to the event date will receive a full refund. Customers who cancel a reservation less than 72 hours can only receive a rescheduled date.
Weather Cancellation
If your event is canceled due to weather, and you notify us before your event, we will do our best to reschedule your event at a convenient time. If you cancel while the driver is in transit, a cancellation charge may apply. If you accept delivery and the ride is set up on the site, the rental charge will not be refunded, even if the weather disrupts the event.
Attendant
Our rental agreement does not include an attendant. We recommend that at least one adult be designated to supervise the children. We will be glad to provide tips and guidelines.
Rental Contract, Liability Release, and Policies & Procedures
Upon delivery of your rental, a representative of Beam'n Inflatables will outline our Rental Contract/Liability Release and the Policies & Procedures for safe and responsible operation of our rental units. This paperwork will have to be signed by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS! At your request, we will e-mail you a copy of the form to review.
